Susan Barney

Join me as I interview Susan Barney who early in her healing journey discovered the connection between food and healing.  Susan became inspired by Dr. Gabriel Cousens's, MD, seminal book (a total of 880 pages) titled Conscious Eating and his commitment to including Ayurveda in a book otherwise focused on living (raw) plant-based foods.  What Susan discovered is that food is energy and while nutrients are important, they do not reveal the complete picture required to create perfect health. This is where Ayurveda comes in -- as it takes a personalized approach to food that considers the qualities of the food being consumed as well as the individual's unique psycho-physical constitution and ability to transform food into a balanced body and blissful mind.

I would love it if you would follow, rate, or write a review for my podcast. What you think matters and I appreciate all feedback!
